Ongoing Progress Report

• On July 9, 2010, the Articles of Incorporation were accepted by the Pennsylvania Department of State filed as The SeniorCare Development Network, Incorporated.


• At the October 22, 2010, meeting of The SeniorCare Development Network, the proposed bylaws were unamiously approved.


• During November 2010, the various required incorporation announcements were advertised in both the York Legal Record and the York Dispatch completing the process of announcing the incorporation of the SeniorCare Development Record.
  


• On April 29, 2011, by the unanimous consent of those present, a transition team was empowered to lead the SCDN into its first official business meeting with the election of Directors and Officers.

• At the July 22, 2011, meeting of The SeniorCare Development Network, the bylaws were amended. 
  
  
• The first annual business meeting was conducted on November 11, 2011.  
   
• Application (IRS 1024) for 501(c)4 status submitted for initial review January 2012.
